We work not on a single symptom but on what creates them: control habits, trust in the team, one’s relationship to mistakes and power. Halfway through — an interim review and a focus check. The goal is change that holds without a coach.

A full cycle of work on one zone: delegation that keeps coming back; the conversation you keep postponing; the decision that is stuck. A month and a half is enough for new behavior to emerge and take hold in real work cycles. If a deeper level opens up — I will say so honestly, and you decide whether to go further.
