About me

From management to coaching

For more than 15 years I managed: departments of up to 150 people, and later — IT project teams of 5 to 25 people (QA Lead → Project Manager). As a project manager I worked with C-level clients of international companies and top stakeholders: budgets, risks, change implementation.

Over those years I saw that the biggest changes in teams start not with processes but with the way of managing. That's how I came to psychology and coaching: the Gestalt approach, a master’s degree in psychology (with honors), more than 500 hours of coaching practice, and ICF membership.

Today I work with business owners and leaders who want their way of managing to match the scale of their role. With the C-level I now work as a coach.
