You can rebuild the processes, but if the leader hasn’t changed the way they think and act, everything slides back into the old rut. That’s why we work on both levels: from internal change — to concrete behavior, team relationships, and business results. I know both levels first-hand, not from books. The system level — from the inside: 15+ years in management, from a department of up to 150 people to project teams in IT. With the way-of-managing level I work as a coach with a background in psychology: MSc in Psychology, Gestalt approach.

I don’t promise income or career growth — that is the result of your decisions and actions. What I am responsible for is a process that makes decisions clearer and actions consistent.
A consultant brings ready-made solutions, and therapy works with the past and healing. In coaching you create the decisions yourself: I ask questions that help you see the situation more clearly and hold the structure of the process. If your request is closer to consulting or therapy, I'll say so directly at the intro session.
The core format takes 3 months (12 sessions), and the focused one takes a month and a half (6 sessions), for work on one management zone. A session is 60 minutes, once a week.
At the start we fix goals and success criteria in the contract. Every month we review what has changed in your actions and results. At the start and at the finish we run a structured assessment of the way you manage. I don’t promise income or career growth: that’s the result of your decisions and actions.
